The restaurant represents Chef Lucho Martinez's latest addition to his portfolio of restaurants, which includes the acclaimed Martínez & Em. Ultramarino’s color palette, materials, and textures draw inspiration from the ocean—from the custom iridescent glass sconces to the sand-colored terrazzo floor.
